TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning, means that you have agreed to these terms.
IMPORTANT NOTE
The client must have clear references or a detailed description of the character(s) beforehand.
Use of my work for any profits or association with nfts or cryptocurrencies is strictly prohibited.
I. PAYMENT
Payments shall be made within 24hrs after the sketch was approved.
All payments are made via PayPal (USD) or bank transfer (VND)
Currency accepted: USD, VND. If you're using other currencies, please convert it to USD beforehand.
For Live2D rigging commissions, clients must deposit 10% of the total price beforehand and the last 90% after the artist has reviewed the model file.
II. WORK IN PROGRESS
The average deadline for normal illustration commissions is 1-3 weeks; for Live2D commissions is 2-8 weeks.
WIPs will be regularly updated by the artist, or when the clients asked.
If there are any unexpected events (health, work, or family issues), I will notify you ASAP.
III. COPYRIGHTS
The artist holds every right to the finished product, therefore is allowed to use it to promote themselves or display on social media.
The artist has no claim of ownership for the characters depicted.
The client can use the finished product for non-commercial use (ex. set as an icon or wallpaper). If reposting on their social media, proper credit to the artist must be given.
If commercial right for the product is required, prices will be X3 the original.
For any reason, the client CANNOT remove, alter or edit all credits and watermarks.
