GENERAL
- The client must have clear references or a detailed visual description of the character(s) beforehand.
- Use of my work for any profits or association with NFTs or cryptocurrencies is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
- My work may NOT be used for AI training, datasets, machine learning, or similar technologies under any circumstances.PAYMENTS
- Payments shall be made within 24hrs after the sketch was approved.
- For Skeb-like / Surprise Me / Gacha commissions, full payment or a 50% deposit is required upfront.
- For Live2D rigging commissions, a 10% deposit is required before work begins, and the remaining 90% must be paid after the model file is reviewed by the artist.
- Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances once work has commenced.REVISIONS
- A maximum of 03 revisions can be made during the sketch and after the commission is finished (only minor fixes).
- Any extra revisions will cost a fee of $2 per edit.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- The average deadline for normal illustration commissions is 1-4 weeks; for Live2D commissions is 4-12 weeks.
- WIPs will be regularly updated by the artist, or when the clients requested.
- Any delays due to unexpected events (health, work, or family issues) will be notified ASAP.CANCELLATION & REFUND
- If cancellation is requested after work has started, only a partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work completed.
- No refunds will be issued once the commission has reached the final stage or has been fully delivered.
- Refunds will not be issued for:
+ Dissatisfaction with artistic style (as samples are provided beforehand).
+ Failure to provide required references or information in a timely manner.
+ Lack of communication for an extended period (e.g., 14 days).NDA / PRIVATE COMMISSIONS
- The artist does not accept commissions with NDA required.USAGE
- If reposting on their social media, proper credit to the artist must be given.
- If commercial right is required, prices will be X3 the original.
- The client may not edit, alter, trace, remove the signature, apply heavy filters, or modify the artwork in any way without explicit permission from the artist.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- The artist retains full rights to the artwork and may use it for portfolio, promotion, and social media.
- The artist does not claim ownership of the characters depicted in the commission.

- Tối đa 03 lần chỉnh sửa trong giai đoạn sketch và sau khi hoàn thành (chỉ áp dụng cho chỉnh sửa nhỏ).
- Các chỉnh sửa thêm sẽ tính phí 2 USD - 20k VND / 1 lần chỉnh sửa.3. QUÁ TRÌNH LÀM VIỆC
- Deadline trung bình cho comm thường: 1-4 tuần; cho comm Live2D: 4-12 tuần.
- WIP được cập nhật khi khách hàng yêu cầu.
- Khách hàng sẽ được thông báo sớm nhất có thể khi có sự cố (công việc, gia đình, sức khỏe cá nhân)4. HỦY ĐƠN & HOÀN TIỀN
- Nếu hủy đơn sau khi đã bắt đầu làm comm sẽ chỉ hoàn tiền một phần tùy theo tiến độ.
- KHÔNG HOÀN TIỀN khi sản phẩm đã hoàn chỉnh.
- KHÔNG HOÀN TIỀN trong các trường hợp:
* Không hài lòng với style vẽ (khi đã xem trước sample được gửi).
* Sản phẩm sai lệch do không cung cấp đủ ref / thông tin đúng hạn.
* Mất liên lạc từ 14 ngày trở lên.5. BẢN QUYỀN
- Họa sĩ có quyền đăng commission đã hoàn thành (có gắn watermark) lên mạng xã hội để quảng bá.
- Họa sĩ không có quyền sở hữu các nhân vật được minh họa.
- Khách hàng KHÔNG ĐƯỢC CHỈNH SỬA HAY XÓA BỎ CHI TIẾT trong sản phẩm đã hoàn thành.
- Khách hàng có thể đăng và sử dụng commission làm avatar, hình nền... với đầy đủ credit họa sĩ.
- Phí sử dụng comm cho mục đích thương mại: X3 GIÁ COMM BAN ĐẦU.
